Natalia Boukharov

Natalia has joined The Hyve in April of 2017. Natalia’s professional experience extends from conducting basic research at academic institutions and working on drug discovery and development at Life Science companies to consulting for leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. She has a strong scientific background in disease mechanisms and more than 20 years of experience generating, analyzing and managing research and clinical data. Natalia started her career as an experimental scientist researching molecular mechanisms of signal transduction at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Russia and University of Chicago and TUFTS, USA. After moving to industry, during her 12 year career at Pfizer, Pharmacia and Monsanto, Natalia conducted research for early stages of drug discovery projects as an experimental scientist and data analyst and worked on later stages of drug development providing textmining and drug modeling support. Before joining The Hyve, Natalia worked for Clarivate (formerly Thomson Reuters Life Sciences) and Selventa where she managed multiple clinical and translational data management and data analysis service projects for Pharma and Consumer Products companies. Natalia has received a MSc in Biology from Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia. She also got a MSc degree from Temple University School of Pharmacy, Philadelphia, USA where she studied drug development regulations and approval.
